The sign reads: Don’t split in the lift

Well, I don’t intend to, that’s for sure!

Sounds utter-painful and so embarrassing

To say the least.

Mind you the sign adds: and litter

That would be messy, can you imagine?

Splitting in the lift and making a mess, impossible!

One could get stuck splitting in the lift

And where one would go from there?

I prefer not to think about it.

Of course I have to mention

The one that reads:

When you litter the waste…

Yes, I needed a double take on this one

Well I don’t really know

What one does with the waste?

Or is it to do with the littering?

Mind you it is addressed to the all resident

And the resident is admonished to:

Please, keep here clean all the time!

Obviously there and about do not need to be clean.

As a teacher I shall say: Imperative to be reviewed.
