The shock, the horror sent
A shiver up my spine.
I'm reeling and wavering,
I feel so awkward now,
I don't know what I did to deserve it.
What to do, what to say?
How to answer to such an appellation ?
It puts such a distance between us
That even the instant web can't reduce
And raises some questions:
Is it respectful?
Is it a joke?
Is it an insult?
Is it even friendly?
I'm in a panic state
Oh dear, why couldn't they use my name?
I'm sure it's a nice name
As I've been using it for some time
And I respond to it!
So please do remember to use my name instead,
I'll be be eternally thankful to you.
